Workshop for introducing GoPro cameras On 18 September Sten Perillus, a previous student in Väätsa Basic School, carried out a workshop to introduce how GoPro cameras work. He explained different types of cameras, their optics and software. Students could practise filming and software for GoPro.
Workshop for optics and lightning in Väätsa Basic School On 12 September, 2017 a workshop for optics and lighting was carried out for 8-9 form students. Kaido Reivelt from Tartu University was talking how important is optics and how it works in different cameras. He also explained the rules of lighting, sharpening and showed how different colours are made using coloured films.
Watching Science films in Väätsa Basic School On 12 December Science Centre AHHAA visited Väätsa Basic School where all students and teachers were watching 4D films on different topics.

An aim was to study how 3D and 4D films are created. For that before watching the films the conception of creating was studied. After watching films were analysed.

On 20 September in Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Tychy took place meeting with scriptwriter and writer Małgorzata Gutowska-Adamczyk. She gave a lot of insights on what to be a writer and a scriptwriter. She explains importance of language and dialogues in films.
